More on the MOH controversy

Good level headed interview. It compares gaming with film a fair amount for this genre of game which is entirely true. One thought came to mind that when filming things like Hurt Locker, someone has to be acting as terrorists in the same way that someone has to be the ‘opposing force’ in multi-player war games. Just because it gives the opportunity for the public as players to enact those roles, does not mean they are going to inherit values of the people they portrait. In my opinion these types of games should be no more controversial than the films based in the same setting.
